Marcy Smiley Theobald, P.A. is very active in her community, having served as Chairperson for the Osceola County Chamber of Commerce, is the President of the Osceola County Womens Council of Realtors, serves as a 2023 board member on the Kissimmee Small Business Council Board, and is on the board of the Guardian Ad Litem for Osceola County.​ She also spends time with Help Now, and the Osceola Council on Aging
